Ingredients You’ll Need for Roasted Cauliflower

Head of cauliflower – A fresh head of cauliflower is cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cauliflower into sections if you want to roast cauliflower steaks. I would add a few extra minutes to the cooking time to make sure it’s all the way tender.

Olive oil – Or avocado oil or coconut oil. It will help the cauliflower roast/ brown instead of drying out.

Salt and pepper – Super simple seasonings. Try adding curry powder, minced garlic or garlic powder for a different flavor.

Optional, add cheese! In the last few minutes of the cooking time sprinkle parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese over top!

How To Make Oven-Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lining a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Next, rinse your head of cauliflower and cut it in half. From here cut bite-sized florets then transfer to a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil or Homemade Ghee, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss everything together to evenly coat the cauliflower florets in the oil and seasonings.
  3. Roast cauliflower for 30 – 40 minutes or until the edges are brown and the florets are fork-tender. Serve and enjoy!
