Buttermilk Pancakes

Light, fluffy, and perfect!

Ingredients Needed - All-purpose flour - Baking powder - Buttermilk - Vanilla Extract - Butter - Egg -Salt

Step 1. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients. 

Step 2. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry. Stir until there aren't any more streaks of flour. 

Step 3. Pour pancake batter into a heated cast iron skillet. Cook for 2 -3 minutes per side. 

Step 4. Transfer cooked pancakes to a plate then repeat with remaining batter. 

Step 5. Serve warm with maple syrup and butter.
