Ninja creami raspberry sorbet is a refreshing sweet and tart treat! It’s made with fresh or frozen raspberries, bright lemon juice, and cane sugar for a hint of sweetness. If you love raspberries this sorbet made in the ninja creami ice cream machine is so fruity and delicious - it's perfect to enjoy during the spring or summer time!
If using frozen raspberries allow them to thaw for at least 30 minutes before getting started. If using fresh raspberries make sure they are well rinsed and any bad-looking berries are removed.
Into a blender add raspberries, cane sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth then transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, making sure the mixture doesn’t go over the max fill line.
Top with the lid then freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
The next day, remove the lid then place the pint container into the ninja creami outer bowl, secure it with the Creami lid then insert it into the machine.
Press the SORBET button then allow it to run through the cycle. This usually takes about 2 minutes.
Remove the pint container from the machine. If your sorbet has a crumbly texture and can’t easily be spread out with a spoon, run it through the RESPIN cycle with a splash of fruit juice. Repeat it until reaches your desired level of creaminess.
Scoop, serve, and enjoy!

The recipe card may contain affiliate links.Make sure the raspberry puree doesn't go over the max fill line.Once frozen the mixture might sometimes have a dome top, especially if I filled it right to the max fill line. I like to scrap that off and make sure it leveled before blending inside the Ninja Creami machine.Storing. If you have any leftovers I like to transfer them to these ice cream storage containers so I use my Ninja Creami pint container to make another batch of sorbet!Freezer. Your sorbet can last for several weeks in the freezer if stored in an air-tight/freezer-safe container. When you are ready to enjoy your leftovers, allow them to sit on the counter for 5 - 10 minutes before eating, so it won't be as hard and have a creamy texture again.Make ahead. You can blend the ingredients together and then keep the sorbet base in the freezer until you are ready to blend it in your machine.
