This tangy, and mildly nutty lemon garlic tahini sauce is the perfect dressing for salads or grain bowls. It is made with only 5 ingredients - creamy tahini paste, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and a splash of water.
In a medium-sized bowl, add the tahini paste, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and water.
Whisk everything together. The mixture will look very separated at first, but keep whisking. Eventually, you will have a smooth tahini sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Enjoy!
