What Should I Make this week? This is a question I am constantly asking myself, and I am sure you are as well! I have a list of new recipes that I want to make on my phone but sometimes I might just want to make something that’s easy, familiar, and delicious

I have compiled a list of some of my favorite recipes to make again and again. We make at least one of these recipes every week. My family loves these recipes and they are great to have as leftovers for the next day.

I have also included a downloadable grocery list of all the ingredients you will need to make these recipes down below!

Sunday – Buttermilk Pancakes

One of my go-to breakfasts (Or anytime!) meals is fluffy buttermilk pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. It’s timeless, it is easy, and it is delicious.

Monday – Summer Kale Salad

A fresh and delicious kale salad is an easy lunch option. I love to have prepared salads in the refrigerator ready when I don’t want to cook. This salad is delicious with buttery toast or water crackers.

Tuesday – Tomato Tart

My family loves this savory and flaky tomato tart, there are never any leftovers! It has juicy tomatoes, cheddar cheese and a buttery flaky crust.

Wednesday – Red lentil soup with Polenta cornbread

I love to make this Tomato Red Lentil Soup when I want a light and filling lunch or dinner. I love how easy this soup is to make and it tastes delicious with the Rosemary Polenta cornbread

Thursday – Classic Banana Bread

A hot cup of tea and a slice of banana bread is perfect anytime of the day.

Friday – Double-Crust Chicken pot pie

I love to put extra effort into Friday night dinners. I love the extra time to cook while listening to an audiobook or music. Baking a Homemade Chicken Pot Pie from scratch is the perfect thing to make.

Saturday – Homemade Granola

Saturdays are for resting from the long week. My family loves to eat this granola for breakfast as cereal or over yogurt with fresh fruit.

I hope this post helped you decide what to make this week or gave you some inspiration. I love cooking from scratch and I hope you give one of these recipes a try soon!

Let me know in the comments what you are making this week.
