Ninja Creami Ice Cream Recipes.

We love to make egg custard-based ice creams but Ninja Creami ice cream is perfect if you love ice cream but don’t want to cook anything or follow a bunch of steps. Grabbing barely a handful of ingredients the ice cream base is made in one bowl then it’s poured into the pint container to freeze for 24 hours. After that, blending takes 2 minutes, then you’ll have a rich and creamy pint of ice cream made with very little effort or time!

There isn’t any cooking involved, eggs, or weird ingredients. After blending the sky’s the limit for serving. We love to enjoy the ice cream plain but you can totally add rainbow sprinkles, whipped cream, or crushed-up cookies.

Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice Cream

You can’t go wrong with classic vanilla ice cream. This basic ice cream base is made even better with the addition of vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla extract, making this vanilla ice cream much more flavorful. For the rest of the ingredients, you’ll need cream cheese, milk and heavy cream, cane sugar, and a pinch of salt.  Get the Vanilla Ice Cream Here!

Dress up your bowl of vanilla ice cream by adding crushed cookies, chocolate candy like a cut of candy bars, M&M’s, sprinkles, or a dollop of whipped cream.

Recommended tools

These ninja creami ice cream recipes are perfect for the summertime because they are so simple to make and don’t involve standing by the stove or heating up your home.

This is the machine we have and I HIGHLY suggest grabbing a few extra Ninja Creami pint containers. Since you have to wait 24 hours before you can blend your ice cream, it’s a good idea to have a couple extra containers on hand so you make more than one or two batches of ice cream at a time.

Frequently asked questions

Do you really need to freeze your Ninja Creami ice cream for 24 hours?

It’s recommended to wait at least 24 hours before processing just to ensure the whole pint is completely frozen from top to bottom. You might get away with 20 – 22 hours but it’s best to wait the full 24 hours so you don’t accidentally damage your machine and void any outstanding warranties.

Why is my ice cream icy with the Ninja Creami?

This can happen if there’s too much milk or too little sugar in your ice cream recipe. Using a mix of heavy cream and milk and plenty of sugar contributes to giving a smooth and creamy texture to your ice cream.

Also, check to see if your freezer is set to an extremely cold temperature. If this is the case allow your ice cream to sit on the counter for 5 – 10 minutes before enjoying.

Why is my Ninja creami crumbly?

If your ninja creami ice cream is crumbly right after mixing, there might have been too much fat in your recipe. Using too much heavy cream or nut butters can cause this to happen. Try respinning it with 1 – 2 tablespoons of milk using the RESPIN function.

Another reason is that your freezer was too cold. Try leaving it out for 5 – 10 minutes before enjoying it.
